Tina brings over 20 years of extensive experience within the NHS, specialising in service design, quality improvement, organisational development, change management, and service resilience. She has held senior leadership roles across acute, community, and primary care settings. Passionate about driving healthcare development and promoting sustainability, Tina is committed to fostering innovative and impactful solutions in the healthcare sector.

In addition to her professional achievements, Tina is a lecturer in healthcare leadership at the University of Exeter, where she shares her expertise and mentors the next generation of healthcare leaders as part of her portfolio career.

James Davies

James has over 15 years of experience in Primary Care, during which he has held diverse and impactful roles.  As Managing Partner of a large, CQC-rated outstanding practice, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational expertise. James has also worked as a Primary Care consultant, specialising in IT optimization and data analysis, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

His skill set is extensive, encompassing practice management, strategic planning, organisational development, and strong interpersonal capabilities.  In recent years, James has played a pivotal role in supporting primary care resilience, facilitating practice mergers, and designing innovative models of care.  He is particularly passionate about integrating technology into primary care to enhance service delivery and sustainability.
