She has held senior leadership roles across acute, community, and primary care settings. Passionate about driving healthcare development and promoting sustainability, Tina is committed to fostering innovative and impactful solutions in the healthcare sector.

In addition to her professional achievements, Tina is a lecturer in healthcare leadership at the University of Exeter, where she shares her expertise and mentors the next generation of healthcare leaders as part of her portfolio career.

James Davies

James has over 15 years of experience in Primary Care, during which he has held diverse and impactful roles.  As Managing Partner of a large, CQC-rated outstanding practice, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational expertise. James has also worked as a Primary Care consultant, specialising in IT optimization and data analysis, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

His skill set is extensive, encompassing practice management, strategic planning, organisational development, and strong interpersonal capabilities.  In recent years, James has played a pivotal role in supporting primary care resilience, facilitating practice mergers, and designing innovative models of care.  He is particularly passionate about integrating technology into primary care to enhance service delivery and sustainability.

Tim Davies

Tim brings over a decade of expertise in practice management, PCN management, service delivery, and commissioning.  With a proven track record in IT optimisation and clinical system support, he empowers primary care organisations to harness the full potential of their digital tools and platforms.

In addition to his technical acumen, Tim excels in logistics and operational strategy, with extensive experience in establishing large-scale provider projects that drive efficiency and growth.

Denys Rayner

Denys has had a successful career working at the highest level in areas including strategy and organisational change. He now applies his knowledge and broad skill set to the health sector supporting Primary Care to change the way that it works to improve patient provision and long term sustainability.  

Jo Turl

Jo is a strategically aware and commercially focused independent healthcare consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the NHS. She has held executive board positions and excels at commissioning primary care, community, acute, mental health and neurodiverse services.

She has a successful track record of problem solving, managing complex programmes and delivering multi-million pound projects. Her areas of expertise include public engagement and consultation, managing change, procurement and service redesign and delivery.

Gemma Wright

Gemma is a dynamic executive with a track record in senior management positions and leadership across a range of industries. This includes more than five  years in general practice as a partner and strategy manager for two practices with board roles at the Local Medical Committee and Primary Care Network. Gemma’s passion is business psychology, culture, values and ethics, which she draws on to support proactive change implementation and business improvements.

Her focus is supporting organisations through the development of stakeholder cohesion, innovative and collaborative problem solving, and operational streamlining to create an environment where versatility, growth and development can occur. 

Karen Cooper

Karen brings a unique perspective to the Associate team having worked in the pharmaceutical industry, market access and the NHS. She therefore understands the nuances of the NHS, including the language and drivers it responds to, as well as the industry and market access viewpoint and motivations.

She worked for more than 25 years in pharmaceutical sales across all sectors of the NHS and latterly spent nine years leading teams of account managers and developing high performing teams. During this period, she also spent time working in communications and engagement, supporting primary care teams to remain up to date with  their clinical knowledge and to deliver on performance measures and referral management.

Karen’s expertise enables her to align NHS challenges and priorities with industry solutions and translate opportunities on both sides to clients and colleagues in the NHS.
